You read finely: you're sensitive both to how people are and to how an environment is shifting, and you like work that lands concretely. You don't like being out front; you'd rather be behind, straightening things out — a great deal holds together because of people like you. You do accumulate, bit by bit. But you carry things heavily: a remark someone made in passing can occupy you for a day; and when you're unhappy you don't say so, you just quietly withdraw, leaving the people who care about you nowhere to start.
