Yellow
The one who starts
You have energy and you move fast; facing resistance, your first instinct is to deal with it head-on. When someone has to call it, you call it; when someone has to step forward, you don't hide — a lot of things get moving precisely because people like you exist. You speak directly, you don't make anyone guess, your position is clear; and the more pressure there is, the steadier your hand gets, which is rare.
Your strengths
- You'll decide and you'll carry it; at the critical moment you don't waver.
- You're direct and your position is clear — nobody has to guess.
- You hold up under pressure; hard situations bring out what you can do.
Worth keeping an eye on
- Add the reasoning before the 'so' — when people keep up, you move faster.
- Give the slower ones more time; they're often covering for you where you can't see it.
- When you're in a hurry, pause half a beat to check the timing — the same decision pays off better.
How you speak, how you're heard
You lead with the conclusion, which is efficient and right for anything urgent. When you need to persuade, add a line or two of reasoning — once people are with you, what you're pushing moves more smoothly.
On a team
You're the one who pushes. When something is stuck and somebody has to decide and step forward, that's you.
How you come across
People know you're dependable, and you're the first one they think of when something is hard to handle.
When you're tired
When you're tired you want to move more, to solve something. Burning off the energy some other way brings you back faster than forcing a hard task.
With the other three
- Red
- Both of you push outward, one for results and one for the room; matched well it's good at openings. Divide the parts up front and it runs.
- Green
- They block more holes for you than you realise. Slow half a beat and hear them out — you'll take far fewer detours.
- Blue
- That's simply their pace. Give them a deadline rather than a push and they move sooner — and once moving, they don't stop.
